DJ Mike Martian has been actively mixing records for over 10 years. His passion for the music radiates off of him with his quick, smooth, hard-hitting mixes and flowing energy – people can feel his own enjoyment and dedication, wherever he plays. He just recently joined up with the Backyard Beatz crew so look out for upcoming shows. He has been affiliated with Phunk in Motion Promotions (P.I.M.P), in which he helped put together Quest and Mind, Body & Soul in the late 90’s. He’s played at parties alongside DJ’s such as Scott Henry, Joey Beltram, Michael Dearborne, Rob Devs, Dever, Creator, Delta 9, Lenny Dee and X-Dream. He is also part of Capsule Corp Records, which threw the annual Beach Raves on Long Island. His skills have allowed him the opportunity to spin at clubs such as “The Bank†in Washington D.C. going all the way up to Silo in Vermont. His unique style of Slammin Funky Hard Disko House/Funky Hard Techno will keep you wanting more all night long. Last year was his re-emergence to the scene with the release of his comeback CD Rhythm Convergence. It was welcomed with much praise and the community is now looking forward to his latest album, On The House.
