.............................. I'm really tragic and starstruck around famous people and usually can't say very much at all....... the fear of sounding ridiculous and being disliked. I met Rose McDowall at the Whitby Goth Weekend 2003 and she was really friendly and I met Siouxsie Sioux at a book signing a couple of years ago.....Budgie chatted on and said he liked my Bad Kitty (Emily Strange) t-shirt. .. and I just stood there grinning like a half-wit! I remember Shooshoo Juju and myself laughing hysterically once it was over about how crap we'd been. I've served Balaam and the Angel chocolate cake once when I was a waiter at Pizza Hut in Aberdeen and I told Bobby Gillespie where the toilets where in the Venue in Aberdeen in the late 80's. I've seen Marc Almond, Pete Burns and Julian Clary in various places around London but instantly became starstruck and lost for words as per usual. I spotted Victoria Wood power-walking when I was going to work one day. I didn't think she would have appreciated me shouting.... you've to clench those buttocks! so I kept well buttoned!
