Jonathan Moncrief currently serves as a screenwriter and associate producer for Starline Films (www.starlinefilms.com), an east coast production company. He is currently working on both the 4CHOSEN and ANYONE's SON film projects.4CHOSEN (www.4chosenthemovie.com) is based on the true story of the racial profiling shooting incident that occurred on the New Jersey Turnpike in April 1998, when two NJ State Troopers shot four unarmed minority basketball players 13 times without provocation.ANYONE's SON (www.anyonesson.com) is based on the true story of the Thanksgiving Weekend 1976 Montvale murders of the De La Roche family by their son, Harry.Jonathan’s media experience is vast and diversified. He has served as Coordinating Producer and Lead Writer for the weekly television series North Jersey Sports Showcase, as seen on RNN. He has also served as a production assistant and on-air stringer for radio stations such as WFAN New York and WQAM Miami. Additionally, he served as Senior Editor for That’s Life! Entertainment Magazine, where he interviewed Academy Award nominated actor Danny Aiello and Super Bowl MVP Phil Simms. Other articles of his have appeared in publications such as The Record, Pascack Press, Florida Times Union, All Sports, and Sports Central. He also served as special assistant to the producer for the feature film REMEDY, starring Frank Vincent, Christian Maelan, and Jon Doscher.Jonathan can also be read in the high school football publication New Jersey Blitz Magazine (www.njblitz.com), where he serves as Bergen County Beat Reporter.He is also a member of the organizing committee for his 20th high school reunion, which was held in July of 2006.
