Traveling to new places all over the globe! I've been studing wine for a little over a year and it's a passion of mine! I run in the canyon with my dogs, Harley, Gillies and Gabriel 4 or 5 times a week. I also do yoga and jujitsu. I love the arts...film, particularly good foreign films, documentaries, music, art galleries, painting and writing. I travel a LOT, but I hate flying! Other than that I love to sit and relax over a long dinner with friends! I love to cook and entertain, and oh yes, I love being entertained. I love animals. I also really really love pigs! I adore a man who can cook! Sex, Food and Wine are the perfect combo!

I love a variety of music. Rock and Roll. U2, Pink Floyd, Sinead O'Connor, the Beatles, Rolling Stones, the Jam, Cold Play, RadioHead, The Cure, Courtney Love, Go Gos, Air, Annie Lenox, Neil Diamond, and yes I love Madonna (that babe's got a bod to die for! In fact, I'd love to wrestle Madonna). Johnnie Cash, John Prine, and loads of old 60's tunes, the Monkees, and original punk like Sex Pistols. I like chilling to house music...late at night with friends. Any thing new and exciting and real. I'm into my friend, Troy's music (he plays guitar for Tatu, but his own stuff is so much more exciting), my brother's band, the Rivet Gang, based in Albuquerque and Sven's band, Collision and Derrek's band, 4 Star Mary and Raph's band, the English Prices and lots of stuff I've heard here on myspace. I like what moves me emotionally or what makes me move! I had a great time in South Africa listening to the percussions and drumbeats there. You just have to "wag that tail" to those beats! I also love classical, some opera, old Gershwin tunes and the great old crooners, Frank Sinatra et al, Ella Fitzgerald...anything done with true passion....and anything unique that comes from the soul...Go check out The English Prices, Blue Meridian, The Peppermint Pigs and Paddy Casey, Collison, 4 Star Mary...
Babel, Volver, Red Road (best sex scene ever and it will never be released in the US because of this!), The Constant Gardner, The English Patient, Amores Peros, Hero (best antiwar war film ever made), House of Flying Daggers, Withnail and I (there is nothing better than sitting with a bottle of great wine and my dogs and watching this film. It is a beautifully moving film and it made Richard E Grant...or perhaps I should say, his performanc made the film!), Kill Bill 1 and 2, March of the Penguins, Kung Fu Hustle, Betty Blue, Breaking the Waves, Y Tu Mama Tambien, everything with Gerard Depardieu, Jean de Florette and Manon of the Spring, Camille Claudel, Motorcycle Diaries, Head On, The Graduate, Casablanca, Never on Sunday (a Greek film from 1960), Il Postino, Cinema Paradiso, Au Revoir Mes Enfants, Babette's Feast, French Twist (soooo funny!) and Pedro Almodovar films, Babe, Pig in the City, all the Wallace and Gromit films, Edward Scissorhands (so magical and who doesn't love Johnny???), all the old classics...particularly with Cary Grant, Humprey Bogart, Clark Gable or Jimmy Stuart. And who doesn't love "A Streetcar Named Desire"..STELLAAAAAA!!!!! I like movies that make you think and stir some kind of emotion...any emotion within you. Oh and the latest...Walk the Line and Brokeback Mountain (Gotta love those queer sexy cowpokes!) and Paradise Now (which is one of the most courageous films I think was ever made). Oh the list of foreign films and classics could go on and on and on...There is nothing like a GREAT FILM!!!
I watch international news. That's about it. TV isn't for me! Oh yes, an occasional British comedy..

My dad is my hero. My mom is my hero. Babe (yes, the pig) is my hero. I hope I am, or someday will be someone's hero.
