Ben Patrick Johnson

I've entered that funny stretch between naïveté and death.

About Me

I'm a voice-over actor, novelist, fitness model and human rights activist.

LIFE ON THE LEFT COAST:
May 4, 2007 (Los Angeles) - Graphic footage of a gay bashing in Falmouth, Jamaica, just a stone's throw from the U.S. I warn you -- these pictures aren't pretty.
But two other California groups want America's gay teens similarly unprotected. EQCA is fighting it day and night in the legislature. But struggle is appalling. Check it out:
What else do you want to see on the show? Atheltic models stars getting their body painted for a museum show? Stories of human rights abuses? Live poetry? More of Ben's theories on the FCC? We want to know. Tell us and we'll bring it to you. Send us your suggestions!!

Drop an email to [email protected] and j.w. will explain it to do you. :-)
Check out my forthcoming novel ONE SIZE FITS ALL . You can read excerpts in my blog and pre-order it ...
I use my modeling and bodybuilding background to promote my creative output and my beliefs about human rights -- if any person is not free, then none of us are.

I'm a supporter of the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission, addressing atrocities worldwide, also Equality California, which works closely with the national Human Rights Commission to pass legislation assuring the LGBT community of fair treatment in legal matters, also getting gay-tolerant curriculum into schools so the next generation doesn't have to grow up feeling so ostracized and horrible as many of us did/have.

My Interests

I have few interests ... mostly just yearning. I guess you could say fitness is my passion.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet George W. Bush and ask him, "What the *@#&$?"

I'd like to meet myself at age 90 and find out if, by that age, I was finally happy with my life and how I was living the various parts of it.
