Dr Watson

The story of Dr Watson starts back in 1992 when Greg moved schools to take A levels - one of the pupils there was Jason. They both played in different school bands but didn't Jam together til' a couple of years down the line. They remained in contact over the next few years while they both went to uni & then in 1999ish Greg set up a Birmingham based band called Roscoes Dog. The band continued for a year with the odd change of line up before the bassist left & Greg was left to find a replacement. Then, one Easter Sunday Greg(with his family) was walking through the town when he literally bumped into Jason who he hadn't seen for years, Jason immediately took over as bassist of Roscoes Dog. After another year or so the band broke up & Jason left for Japan where amongst other musical projects he was involved in Kancho. Greg continued writing & in 2006 started up the solo project HOMBRE (see top friends) which is still going & he has just done his fourth album. Jason contibutes in writing & playing at different points. Now with Jason back in the midlands they have decided to start a musical project - Dr Watson with both Greg & Jason alternating instruments & writing together for the first time since Roscoes Dog.
