Manny comes from Jacksonville, FL. and yes he is representin the Filipinos... He has been in the music business for awhile and has also made a name for himself. Currently on the Radio in Los Angeles on the Ryan Seacrest Morning Show 5a-10a, at 102.7 KIIS-FM known as 'Manny on the Streets'.
