About Me

In a terminal outsider state since birth I reject herd mentality and insist on unadulterated individuality at all costs. An uncanny ability to exercise my often sick sense of humor along with a pursuit of eclectic interests keeps me alive. Driven by an insatiable appetite for the unusual and finding others like me who thrive on a never ending quest for the things that lurk on the dark side.

My Interests

Vampires/vampyres, lycanthropy, hoodoo, voodoo, Santeria, brujeria, witchcraft, energy work, the occult. Not interested in role players or games regarding the aforementioned topics. Carnival sideshow history and freaks in particular (collecting related photos and ephemera). Primitive rare breed dogs with a particular interest in certain hairless breeds (Xoloitzcuintle, Peruvian Inca Orchid, Peruvian Hairless) also Pharaoh Hound, Ibizan Hound, Thai Ridgeback. BDSM, anything dealing with extremes of human behavior (particularly various sorts of deviance, crime, mental illness, mind control, cannibalism, mind control, notorious criminals or serial killers, art and writings by social outcasts of any sort). Psychotronic and independent film with an emphasis on horror and high weirdness (collecting film posters for these too!). Folk art with a focus on Southern outsider art/art brut. Ghosts and hauntings. ANY sex and death related topics...you get the idea. I also enjoy ethnic cuisine/cooking and raising many varieties of plants. I have a green thumb and my own personal Amazon forest.

I'd like to meet:

Do you feel as if you were born different? If so and you joyfully embrace it then you are most likely someone I'd like to get to know. Brave souls who enjoy things outside the mundane in life, art and culture energize me. Let's take a stroll in the shadows shall we?
