Claire Warburton

I am a twenty six year old singer and songwriter. I have had the great priviledge of singing with the London Community Gospel Choir for the last four and a half years and touring most of the UK and some of Europe with them. I am passionate about Music and self expression and have had the opportunity to sing in various venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Ronnie Scotts, the 606 Club, The Royal Festival Hall and the Jazz Cafe and last year at Glastonbury. More recently I have begun to gig with my own music around various venues in London and have a regular slot at the Living Room in Angel on Sundays! I grew up singing Gospel primarily, but the music I write is more in the jazz/soul/folk genre. I will soon be uploading some tracks for you to check out. The original material I have been singing seems to be going down well at gigs so hope you like it. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work with BMG with some of their young artists and have also been able to do backing vocals for names such as Lee Ryan, Simply Red, and Louise Setara among others.
