There's only one rule that I know of...goddamn it, you have got to be kind.

About Me

WARNING:
Prolonged exposure to Kimberly June may cause radioactive glowing , impulsive (and awesome) dancing to music that may or may not be audible to others, temporary misdirection, loud outbursts of random, badly memorized (meaning: totally wrong/not even close) movie quotes & song lyrics, Hepburnian-like head shaking and sudden bouts of clumsiness...an affection for muppets, shiny things , & sugar and an inclination to dye your hair abnormal colors while failing miserably at any attempt of a foreign accent or impression.
No need to consult your physician, as the symptoms should wear off within 24 hours if passing out from sheer exhaustion does not occur first.
It should be noted that any notification to medical professionals may result in immediate mental health detainment for "surveillance"
I believe in humanity, and embrace our uniqueness. Beat your own drum, dance to your own music in yer head , don't push your beliefs onto others (it means you've missed the point entirely), don't do nobody no harm and it's all good with me.
People sometimes get it in their heads that because I'm positive and accepting, I'm sheltered and naive...not at all! I'm just enjoying the ride and taking it all in with childlike amazement.
Gravity is my nemesis, I battle her daily.
Mostly she wins and I fall down, but sometimes...
Who am I kidding?! I'm always falling down!
It's the getting back up part that I try to be graceful about and isn't that more important?
I make a fool of myself all the time and then will lie awake in the middle of the night annoyed with myself and slapping my head for being such a dork. But I'll do it again in an instant if it'll cheer someone up.
I consider "weirdo" term of endearment.
I love all skellies!
I love crazy morning hair ! I am, always have been , always will be-a SPAZ!
Once I get to know you, I'll talk a mile a minute-until I stop midsentence & my train of thought derails (as it very often does) but it's always a fun ride.
I have a ridiculously small head . Seriously, you can palm it like a softball!
I can't walk in a straight line. In a hallway-I roll into the walls. And I'll trip over your & my feet...sometimes at the same time.
Insert here lots of heart-thumpin, rambling mushy lovey-dovey schtuff about my best friend & husband of 10 years...(he likes his privacy). I'm still here because that man believes in me, who I am and who I can be...and that's something I wish for every person to experience in their lifetime, to see the reflection of your true strength & beauty in another's eyes and I promise, you'll never go back to that cave again.
We have 2 pups-Remus & Romulus (they're girls) Remus is a friendly, buff midget Rottie (due to puppyparvo) who wants adventures. And Romy is a neurotic but very lovable lab/shepherd mix who is wary of people on first meeting them...so we don't get out to the dogpark often, much to Remus' disappointment.
The hubby calls me a living muppet. I was raised by 'em and overcame much by having Henson's influences in my heart, so muppets are very dear to me. When I grow up I wanna work at the creature shop or doing special effects and making weird monster type things for...where do you get on the job training for that kinda thing? Lemme know! Or at least hang out with me & we'll make stuff (and a mess) and hopefully the day will not end with a trip to the emergency room...and if it does...SHOTGUN!
Random piece of Kimmy trivia:
I'm absolutely terrified of aliens (the grey, creepy translucent x-files kinda guys),
yet J'onn J'onzz Martian Manhunter is my favorite comic hero.

I'd like to meet:

"All of us are here for a very very short time. In that time that we're here, there really isn't any difference between any of us if we are to take time out to understand each other. The question is, do I know who you are? Do you know who I am? Do we care about each other? Because if we do, together we can turn the world around." -Harry Belafonte
