Hello, I have set up this site to spread some insight into abusive relationships. I have just left one, my ex partner was not physically abusive but there are many other horrible forms of abuse and I think to myself if only I'd known the warning signs when I was single I may have bailed out a lot sooner and saved myself a lot of heartache. I'd always heard about these women (But it happens to men too)who stay in unhealthy relationships despite terrible treatment by their partners. I never understood it and thought it could never happen to me. Well it did! and I'm going to tell you how's and why's. I can only talk from personal experience and I am not qualified professionally just from first hand experience.
