DAS HASSELHOFFS were formed at the leeds festival 2005 by The Baron and Chopper (the two sole survivors of rock phenomeon 'NEOCOMA') just because they wanted to play in a band who had a song called 'balls deep in sheep' and were named after a german man called David Hasselhoff. they got back to blackpool and found ben wandering around in the street trying to score crack off pigeons, 'who is this' they said 'he is weird' said chopper. 'ah but he haff beard' said the baron 'haff beard be hoff'. 'haff beard haff hair' said chopper. he was in. they first got together in a practice room in mid october 2005. after a bit they tried some people out on bass and it didnt work, they didn't get along with mister hoff. then they saw a small man on the end of a bench playing slap bass like john taylor from duran duran but with crippled hands. they then kidnapped him, he was a man called steve and they forced himinto the ways of das hasselhoffs with drills and threats of sexual teddy abuse. now we are whole......... we played some gigs and then we split up. Chopper and Trenell now perform in Ramonastone
Gentle Ben now performs in Higher COuncil Of Mars
