Hi there!I’m Rich, welcome to my MySpace page.I’m a guitarist, songwriter and singer based in the North of England and I’ll be putting my new demos on here as soon as they’re finished so you can all get to hear them.All the demos are written, performed and recorded by me. They may be a little rough around the edges but I kinda like that! I have a very old fashioned approach to recording and like to “go for it”. The performance may not always be note perfect but if the vibe is there then I’ll keep it. Once the basic melodies and and structure are worked out things like solo’s are pretty much all improvised. I may do three or four takes but they’ll all be different and I’ll just go for whatever one is best. I love this way of doing things and love improvisation. To me it’s like food!Right now I’m looking to start getting a band together to play my music to a live audience so I am on the look out for a Drummer and Bass player. I’ve always loved the sound of a three piece and want it to be something special so I am prepared to take my time and find the right people to join me.
