Sweet Arlita are a five piece Hard Rock band from Norwich, Norfolk, U.K.
Their influences from the 70's, the 80's, Blues, Stoner and Southern Rock have come together to create music with a relentless groove and memorable choruses; mixing the best of past and present to bring you an old school yet refreshing and modern musical experience.

Here's where things get interesting...
We're now ready to record our debut EP using the tracks from the demo and a couple of new ones. We'll be having some artwork done over the next few weeks too.
