Milo Hatz was born in Toronto, Canada.
At 14 years old he dug an old right-handed acoustic guitar out of the attic. He found it awkward at first being left-handed but adjusted quickly and was writing songs within a year. His early musical influences included Jimmy Page, David Gilmour, Mark Knopfler, Jim Morrison, The Beatles and Roger Waters.
In his later teens he began exploring jazz, flamenco and world music. His fascination with guitarists like and Jeff Beck, Al Dimeola and Paco Delucia lead to dedicated practice on electric, acoustic and classical/flamenco guitar.
Milo is currently in the final stages of recording and producing his debut solo album. It is scheduled to be released this coming fall.
