Dougie, Mike-Mike, and TP first met in the halls of Hope 2nd South at Biola University two years ago. They would often hold jam sessions that attracted hordes of fellow floormates which eventually led to the composition of their first single, "My Love is Number 1". As of then, this music-making was all informal, the heart of any true act, revealing and ripening their deep love for the art. Then came the fateful evening in late September 2005 when hammering out plans for talent show stardom with their new breakout hit, "My So-Called Life (Without You)", TP suggested the formation of a band like none other. A band the likes of which the popular music industry has not seen in years and likely will never see again for ages future. "Music is like a pendulum," quipped TP. "And we're swinging it back to the boy bands." That night '2 Pluz 1' was born.
The revolution has begun.
