Luke Barry(A.K.A Squared), began his hip hop life, freestyling at he age of 13 to some dr.dre instrumentals that came free with with his singles. After this he decided to move on and try writing full songs and perfroming them on his own beats. He was soon joined by Tha Don and Joe.C and together the three formed a group called "Secondary intentions". As A Group the 3 recorded an album entitled "The Nu Breed", which Squared was not very happy with. The Group also performed on multiple occasions at The Savoy in Cork , thanks to Stevie G.
With the Secondary intentions album behind him Squared decided to begin to focus on his solo projects. First of all releasing the free promotion mixtape "Come On Bring Hatred" which he distributed to the people of his home town.
Squared is now working on a solo LP which is called "Now For Something Comnpletely Different", this album will feature such artists as Fantom and Da Vinci of End Game, Bubba Shakespeare, Iona and more. There Will also be production on it from GMC, Collie, AL Byrne, Headline Productions and Squared himself.********************Watch This Space**************
