About Me

It seems weird finally being able to say this after so many years of education, but i'm now a graduate having spent three years studying at Nottingham University. Weird. So, now i'm planning on moving to Londonwhere i suppose i'm going to try and get a job for a record label (hopefully!) as it's about all i can really see myself doing and music is probably my biggest passion. I think that sounds deeply cliched, but hey, i'm not quite sure how else to put...I'm quite a big music fan, and spend far too much time and money here checking new bands out and browsing through record shops, even just browsing through gig listings. I like to think i have a failry wide taste, from folk to metal and hardcore, like devedra banhart through to botch and wolf eyes. Then a whole buch of electronica, techno etc. Say, Nathan Fake though uffie and simian mobile disco to alex smoke and booka shade. Or something like that anyway. How pretentious does that sound?I also have a slight obsession for the '80's. Which is generally ace, aside from the total lack of Sharkey and George on DVD. Sad news. Hence the campaign to get it onto Modern formats. Join the fight people!I love moustaches. Also, A friend and I have recently started a little music blog, so if you fancy reading it or even donating the odd track to put up on it (we shall write lovely things about you if so, i'm sure!) check it at www.plasticcowboys.blogspot.comSafe.
