Now 24, Aamir has been singing since he was 15 years old. A relative latecomer to the field, he progressed from singing in an acapella vocal harmony group to a soul singer/songwriter. He is very much from the old school of thought and this is reflected throughout his music. He is responsible for all his own production and arrangement...something he is constantly evolving and experimenting with. Aamir says his main instrument is his voice and his second instrument is piano/keyboards and when writing his music he combines both these instruments to produce what can only be classed as Soul music with a UK vibe. Aamir is constantly working on studio projects, both alone and with other talented producers/artists as well as playing live with his band. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for this Soul man!
