About Me

I'm Keef and I say the word "awesome" far too often for someone my age.

When I'm not at work, I can usually be found reading a book, kicking a ball, climbing a hill, watching a game, riding a bike, having a drink, taking a photo, listening to a song or having a sleep.

I have Bebo .

My photo archive can be found here - http://photobucket.com/keefcam - or check out the thumbnails below.

My photographs have been used by several bands on their MySpace and Bebo pages and have featured on the following websites:

Star Hearts Amateur Football Club
Tartan Dragon Jewellery
Thornton Hibs Junior Football Club

Jamie Dolan 1969-2008

In February 1993, a relegation-threatened Motherwell side faced rivals Falkirk at Brockville.  Motherwell led by two goals to one in the closing minutes but came under severe pressure from a desp...

For the past few days I have been struggling to come to terms with the tragic loss of my colleague and friend, Wendy Halliday.  I have had a few distractions during this time and I am grateful to...

David Clarkson

It's great when Scotland score. If you're at the game, you celebrate it as if it were the winner in the World Cup final, particularly if we're playing away from home and we're all together in one smal...

"We did it, Phil" - Motherwell qualify for the UEFA Cup

Motherwell's 2006/07 season had been turgid and uninspiring under the management of Maurice Malpas but a victory over Dunfermline Athletic in late March had meant that, with seven games left to play, ...

These last few days

I feel like I've hardly been home lately.  It's been good, though. On Thursday night, I was one of a thousand Motherwell supporters who gathered in the town's concert hall for a tribute nigh...

The Warrington Blog

The date of 20th March never just passes me by.  On this day in 1993, two IRA bombs exploded in Warrington, Cheshire.  Three-year-old Johnathan Ball was killed instantly and another boy, 12-...

Strange day

The plan for today was simple: go to Fir Park to see Motherwell play Celtic.  As has been well documented elsewhere, however, the pitch at Fir Park is an absolute mess, so when my friend Peter se...
