We are a democratic socialist organization based in New York dedicated to the creation of a more peaceful, equitable and progressive society.We are democratic because we believe in the involvement of the maximum number of voices in decision making and campaign building. Our meetings are one-person one-vote.We are socialist because we believe that the equitable sharing of resources offers the best hope for a humane future. We support universal health care, global peace and the re-distribution of wealth.
