I'm an officer in the Star Fleet operations division, living in the 23rd century.
I served on the Enterprise under Captain James T. Kirk, and later served on the Reliant under Captain Clark Terrell.
On the Enterprise I served as a Lieutenant. Among my various duties, I was both a relief helmsman and a transporter chief. I was also trained to operate the science station.
If you need a hint as to who I am, watch for Mr. Spock to be mean to someone. Now if he's not in the "pon farr", then it's probably me he's being mean to. I don't know why Mr. Spock Didn't like me, I had no problems with him.
Later during the refit of the Enterprise, I was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During the refit of the Enterprise I served under Captain Willard Decker, during his brief period as commanding officer. Then Admiral Kirk regained command for his second, yet less documented, five year mission.
After that I was promoted to the rank of Commander, and I transferred to the Reliant, as did Mr. Checov as well. On the Reliant I served as the communications officer and as a second officer under Capt. Terrell. Mr. Chekov was his second in command. That is until Kahn Noonian Singh hijacked the Reliant while we were surveying , what we thought was, the planet Ceti Alpha 6. We were looking for a lifeless planet for Star Fleet to test the Genesis device on, but we found life, we found Kahn. The planet was actually Ceti Alpha 5, apparently Ceti Alpha 6 exploded several years earlier. Kahn took Capt. Terrell and Cmdr. Chekov, but left the rest of the crew, including myself, on Ceti Alpha 5. At least he didn't kill us, we survived our time on that planet. We weren't there long, only about a week, but it was long enough. It was when we were rescued that I learned of the fates of Capt. Terrell and Capt. Spock, but at least Kahn was stopped. I was relieved to hear that Mr. Chekov survived , and recovered from the Ceti Alpha sand eel. Those damn Ceti Alpha eels.
My time on Ceti Alpha 5 made me realize that I missed Earth and England, so after we were rescued I transferred to a post on Earth.
Later on, I learned that Mr. Spock's mind had been stored in Dr. McCoy, and that Mr. Spock had been resurrected by the Genesis device, and his mind was transferred back to him in some sort of Vulcan ceremony.
So it, apparently, all worked out alright in the end.
