Hi! My name is Jackie. I've played trumpet for about 15 years now! I love the trumpet and can't imagine a better instrument to play or listen to! Yet...unfortunately I've discovered that there seems to be a real shortage of classic or just classical trumpet pieces on myspace!! Don't get me wrong...I love jazz and those who play it. But it would be nice to have somewhere to find a classic piece or solo, or ensemble piece. So I thought I'd fix that! The majority of pieces I put on here are part of my collection that I've added to over the years. There is one piece right now that I do play in, and that is Canzone. This was a trumpet ensemble put together while I was attending SOSU for my music degree. Our lesson teacher decided to record it for us! If you would like a specific piece uploaded please let me know and I will do my best to find it and put it on the page. My goal is to hopefully help everyone find the recordings they want!
