The music is composed on a computer, based on life
experience and passion for different musical
styles.
It is a mixture of: jazz, drum`n`bass, ambient
soundscapes, indian tabla-beats over a simple nordic
melody.
The "live" element and a continous dialogue with the
audience is a central part of Jungletribe.
The response from the audience and the improvisational
nature of the music makes each gig unique.
We live in a society, which has lots of fragments and
impressions, where it is important to create space for
contemplation and reflection. Jungletribe is an
attempt to create unity in a fragmented world.
The goal is to stretch the limits of jazz by mixing it
with lots of genres. We want to challenge the excisting
norms of expression.The concept leaves room for
creative transgression and enables "live on the spot"
images with the audience.
