You probably don't even hear it when it happens, right?

About Me

This is some of my work with the band Letterday - I produced and mixed all three tracks - let me know what you think:
"The only true currency in this bankrupt world is what you share with someone else when you are uncool." (Lester Bangs - Almost Famous)To make a mountain of your life is just a choice, but I never learned enough to listen to the voice that told me: 'Always love - hate will get you every time. Always love - don't wait till the finish line.' (Nada Surf - Always Love)It was the suit that got me the gig, it was the tear that got me the girl, I'm a sheep in this wolf's clothing, I'm a picture that I'm holding of someone who is cool. - (The Odds - Someone Who Is Cool)"The more you know who you are and what you want, the less you let things upset you." (Bob - Lost In Translation)There is plenty to criticize. It gets so easy to narrow these eyes. But these eyes will stay wide. I will stay young. Young and dumb inside. I have just begun to forget my lines. (Jawbreaker - Save Your Generation)Your leap of faith could be a well-timed smile - survival never goes out of style. (Jawbreaker - Save Your Generation)Our youth is fleeting, old age is just around the bend - I can't wait till I go grey. I'll sit and wonder of every love that could have been if I'd only thought of something charming to say. (Death Cab For Cutie - The Sound Of Settling)There's a point to this, a point I think I often miss - oh clever, clever, where's your heart? You can turn a phrase until it reads a million ways - it makes no sense, but it's as good as it is sad. (Jawbreaker - Million)They offered me a million bucks, all I want's a steady fuck - oh steady, steady, where were you? (Jawbreaker - Million)I don't want you thinking I'm unhappy - what is closer to the truth is that, if I lived till I was a hundred and two, I just don't think I'll ever get over you. (Colin Hay - I Just Don't Think I'll Ever Get Over You)Wake me up when your through being cool cause I'm snoring (Jawbreaker - Untitiled)Every artist is a cannibal, every poet is a thief - they all kill their inspiration and sing about their grief (U2 - The Fly)"I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I just thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before you popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this mornin' made me think twice. Now I'm thinkin': it could mean you're the evil man. And I'm the righteous man. And Mr. 9mm here, he's the shepherd protecting my righteous ass in the valley of darkness. Or it could be you're the righteous man and I'm the shepherd and it's the world that's evil and selfish. I'd like that. But that shit ain't the truth. The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be a shepherd." (Jules- Pulp Fiction)"You are what you love, not what loves you." - (Donald Kaufman - Adaptation)
