About Me

Hi everyone. A bit about me and this spot on the www. I'm a natural 4 time Canadian Bodybuilding Champ... been doing the bodybuilding thing for 12 years plus now... sure is a long time. But what can you do when you get hooked on a good thing? From this sport I have met many people, experienced the indifference some have to this sport, the challenges of setting personal goals and learning that eventually you will get what you persue. My Interests

Bodybuilding (of course!), healthy life styles, art, computers - web and graphic stuff, love to travel when I have the time, trying different sports (even though I may not be good at it), pets... thinking about getting a bull dog....

ARNOLD!!! (of course)

Music:

I like lots of music styles... depends on what I'm doing - i.e. cardio - fast dance / techno is great; heavy lifting / training - rock music suits. Not into country music.

Movies:

I love action movies - NO chick flicks!! Some Horror. Old Westerns. Last movie I saw on DVD - Land of the Dead - it was better than I expected, action, violence, blood and guts some horror. Not your regular boring zombie flick. Last move in Theatres - The Fog. Saw this when I was 11 years old - the old version scared me more than this - boring.... Favourite Action movie - Transporter2 - the first Transporter was more realistic, both I like :)) but the skinny bad ass white chick... too skinny - a tough chick should have muscle!

Television:

Law & Order (old and new), CSI (aren't these the best shows?), Myth Busters, Sienfield (a classic that will last forever), King & Queens... stuff like that

It's been a while since I have logged in here so there's many email, friends etc. I have to get caught up on here. It may take a while. Anyways I just finished over the weekend of competing at the CBB...

Been a while...

It's been a while since I've posted anything... I'm just getting busy with preparing for competitions. That takes up allot of my time and not to say - energy. It's rough having to lose 25 pounds plus!...
