Songwriting partners Louise Hatch (lyricist and topline writer) and Kate Jaconello (music and topline writer) are based in Greenwich, South East London.
Louise and Kate have many songs crossing over different genres. They also specialise in ballads - i.e. they write a good diva song. Louise and Kate are looking to place their songs with artists, publishing houses etc.

WHAT KATE SAYS ABOUT LOU
"When I first met Lou, I have to be really honest and say that I was a little overwhelmed. I had never met anyone before as honest and open. Heart on sleeve is the saying I believe. When we had our first meeting to discuss collaboration, Lou played me a song she had co-written. I was so touched by her lyrics on the track, I had to leave the room. I can only describe her words as powerful, meaningful, and true. She writes a wicked topline too. Having written songs with others in the past, I can say this collaboration is the most natural and pure I have come upon. We just seem to click. Sometimes, without even knowing, I have written music at the same time as Lou has written some lyrics and the two things just slot together. Almost as if by magic and at times a little spooky too! So here we are now and I hope you enjoy our songs".
WHAT LOU SAYS ABOUT KATE
"What can I tell you about Kate? Or Catherine Elizabeth Jaconello to be precise... we met many moons ago and then a mutual friend suggested we try collaborating on a few songs. Kate gave me some of her backing tracks. I took them home and 2 hours later called her with 6 topline melodies and 6 sets of lyrics written... (she makes my job very easy!) - and we’ve carried on like that ever since. Kate’s writing is inspirational. Heartfelt, pure, warm, powerful and moving. Her keyboard abilities combine both her classical training and her love of indie sounds. Her detail with her programming is second to none. She has a huge brain and an even "huger" heart and it shines through all that she creates. I have been moved to tears of sadness and of joy by her compositions - comforted and uplifted. I feel honoured to be her primary songwriting partner and long may it continue!"
