’Cheer Up’ is the first song I’m bringing to you. This was penned in 2005 in my home studio. It’s just one of the few songs on which I arranged and played instruments on. Other than that I love a flavoured pot of spices.

Recording the album Stimul8 was great. An interesting spark of energy went into the project. Writing the songs Don’t Give Up, Mama Ne’er Told Me, Gee Feels Like Spring and Crank Up is something I’m grateful for. Sitting in studio writing the lyrics and vocal melodies while Rick Veronese strummed was probably livened up with the cans o’ Guinness. Maybe it was just us wanting to spill our guts out. Which ever way the music still feels good. These fine songs were further embellished when Eamon thumped and twanged some raunchy bass lines on some of the tracks.

Livia’s album- Infinity is now on release. It was another challenge for us at RKFM Records. In between I co-wrote a song with Livia- ’That’s The Way The Story Goes’.
