Comedian Donna Spence is one of the fresh face comics To hit the circuit. With no intentions of becoming a comedian, Until Ninia Benjamin one of the stars of 3 Non Blondes pleaded for her to enter a comedy competition called Gimme The Mic needless to say she got through to the finals and from then got booked for various showcases.

Donna has produced and performed in a comedy Sketch ShowWith Stand Up called 'We Aint Getting Paid For This'.It was played at Norwood Library launch for Black History 2001.The show went so well it came back by popular demand as the New title Big Sister.
Big Sister was played at The Hackney Empire Bullion Rooms(Twice), The Oval House Theatre and The Stratford Circus.All shows were sold out due to popular demand. Donna has alsoHosted her own stand-up comedy show, introducing New TalentAlso at The Norwood Library.
Donna was also a Guest Speaker in The Ladies Room on Choice FM107.1FM and also received an award for Best Female Newcomerat the Black Entertainment Comedy Awards (BECA) 2000 Donna as also performed stand up on the hit Asian T.V. showMalani Presents, and Malani Monologues BBC2 & BBC3 also Featured on BEN TV (Sky) a show called No Bling Comedy.
PREVIOUS/FUTURE EVENTS
Donna is looking to bring back Big Sister for a National Tour and also wants to concentrate on Straight Drama Acting. By popular demand, DonnaHas hosted two more stand-up comedy shows both in Norwood, and will now bring Stand-up comedyto The Odeon Cinema in Streatham starting in April 2005.
In addition Donna has written a New Comedy Sketch showTo be presented in Autumn 2007.
The future looks big for Donna Spence.
