YEE-HAWW!!! WELCOME TO NEW MEXICAN ARIZONA! A/K/A New Mexizona A/K/A Nuevo Meh-heeko Arizona. Land of Beautiful sunsets, Native American Culture, Urban Cowboys & Girls, Sik-AZZ TRUKS, glass laden lakes, & unfortunately 4 some, few clothes. This is where the backdrop is set for "ANGLORHYTHM" a new style of music Jesus gave to our beloved North Scottsdale headquarters. This new form of composition involves blending the fields & dissolving boundries between Pop, Electronica, KOUNTRY, USA Rock, Gospel, Modern Jazz, '70's melodies with '80's beats, & R&B! So when you think about it, you will hear the first pioneering artist played on Country, top 40, Rock, Smooth Jazz, R&B/Hip Hop, & Energy/Club radio stations. I know that's quite a mouthful. 'Specialy for the author to also be the artist, but it will happen. One of the things I loved so much about Ray Charles was his versitility. I definitley want to follow his lead. Crossover baby, Crossover is the key.Anyway, it's bio time I guess. so here goes: I started out as a child (I've always wanted to say that). Music has been my life since birth, really. I Grew up In Albuquerque & Silver City NM. I was into the tunes of the times in the '70's so I absolutely ABSOLVED Disco pop & What's now known as Classic rock by today's terms. I prefer to regard that era as the "Eagle" era. My teen years were the '80s, which meant the airwaves & bedroom DJ tables spinning New wave, pop rock, & of course, HAIR METAL. I prefer to regard that era as the "Journey" era. Now, upon reflection, the only steady work Iv'e ever really had my whole life is spinning. I think I've only had 2 or 3 day jobs in my whole lifetime, whilst simoultaneously spinning on the nights & weekends. I remember working in a record store for a couple of years (Of course) during college. "Budget Tapes & Records" was the name. One location was my after high school hangout, the other was my Favorite job. 3 years Later, after inevitably dropping out of UNM & spinning in a popular ABQ club, I then moved to Scottsdale AZ on Jan 1st, 1994. "Senior Phroggs" on Apache & Rural in Tempe was my first residency & paycheck here in AZ. Now THAT was a fun place, let me tell U Sumtin! Schoo....... man, that's a novel in itself. Again, Just as I have with my toy DJ bedroom 3rd grade setup, I was always spinning all styles of stuff. I took over Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) Mexico's spring break '96 by storm. My first time there, I was the biggest attraction in town. Drawing in enormous lines as far down the street the eye can see was a Frikkin' UNBELIEVEABLE feeling. That's where I got my first taste of RoXstar glory. Imagine Getting a crowd of a thousand or so, young, beach wearing beauties & Biffheads to ROAR, CHEER & SCREAM at your very words! Eeeuh...yeah, that's all I needed. I found Tao, I found my calling. I then proceeded to do a mix of Mobile, Club, Mexico beach gigs & various residencies all over Scottsdale & Tempe AZ up until about Late '03. Iv'e always made great music in my bedroom ever since I was a kid with a tape recorder & A guitar. Now, we see over the years that Better equipment = Better sounding music. I am confident that given the right amount of time, this project will achieve global recognition & git sum Asses wigglin' ALL OVER THE USA! I was, am, & will always be constantly evolving. In other words, the more music is made, the better it sounds. On April 22, 2004 God came to me in a vision, & commanded me to serve him & ONLY him. To make some of the world's great music, To act, make people laugh, & be a Money hatin' Jesus Freak public figure with my life. So I am. I have committed ALL of my time & devotion into this project, & we are off to a fantastic start. With our recent signing of a new Independent Media group & record label deal, the pieces are slowly starting to fall into place. Muchas Gracias Hey-Zeus Cristo! "Budget tapes & Records" is our private Publishing co & subsidary label. I Thank the Lord I now have complete creative freedom to do what I feel in any aspect of this career. Budget is my baby. ADM Media is the Big Daddy.No CD Release yet, lots of work to do. only 5 songs out of 15 (almost) ready to go. The project will be completed, several Videos will be shot, & the album will be ready for release by late 2006.
This debut album will obviously be called "Anglorhythm", & it'll TRULY be worth the wait.
Remember, I will be the first artist to utilize & cross over to many different Markets.
Including (but not limited to) Rock, Electronica, Club, R&B, Modern Jazz, Gospel, COUNTRY, & a few other categories.So, HANG ON!
