Blue World/Finn Poulsen

Hi there - I´m a danish singer/songwriter/guitarplayer/harmonicaplayer.Been playing since about 1970 in lots of different bands & styles, but my first love is for good songs , usually with a strong blues feeling. I´ve met and played warmup for some of my heroes:B.B. King, Taj Mahal, Charlie Musselwhite.Not to mention Shel Silverstein and Meat Loaf (not at the same time). I´ve played on the street all over Europe, but now I´m teaching at the Royal Danish Academy. I played a lot of guitar, then got tendonitis, and learned to play harmonica, and shortly after that was playing trumpet parts in Thad Jones` Big Band - since then I´ve been using the harp as a session player for movie scores and other recordings. I love to play and will jam with almost anyone, as long as it swings. This space is about the duo with doublebassplayer Eva Malling, but I also play with other bands, like: Gypsy Jam,Det Blaa Guld and Swing d´Or.And with friends like Anne Eltard, M.C. Hansen, Jan Ravat and Nils Bonne..... So let me know if you need a guitar/ harp player for a gig.......or a good song for recording or live perfomance.I also like to co-write.
