About Me

Note: This happens to be the real myspace page for David Farrier. Someone was kind enough to make a fake page at myspace.com / davidfarrier, so I can't use that address. So here I am, at myspace.com / halonineteen.
Right.
My name is David Farrier and I try to make small time television viewing for New Zealand.
I'm a relapsed Christian and a non-practicing Scientologist.
I have a blue budgie called Kramer, who has a mate called Finchley. Finchley is white. They have babies on the way.
I enjoy watching Dr. Phil.
I like girls with martial arts skills.
I've met Maynard James Keenan & Noel Gallagher, and both of them were positively awful. Everyone else I've met in my life has been quite pleasant.
When I'm not making small time television viewing for New Zealand, I enjoy writing about people who do things that aren't "ordinary".
I am quite ordinary, and quite boring.
For a bunch of current and old stories visit youtube.com/davidfarrier or www.tv3.co.nz/nightline, including AWESOME 9/11 THEORIES:

My Interests

I quite enjoy watching the Jurassic Park DVD with Jeff Goldblum fighting the velociraptors. Jurassic Park II and III are good also, but I am mainly waiting for Jurassic Park IV which builds on a hypothesised alternate evolution, where humans evolved from dinosaurs. So cue the dino-human hybrids fighting Jeff Goldblum. In other Jurassic Park trivia I asked Frank Marshall (producer of Jurassic Park IV) how Jurassic Park IV was going. He looked troubled and left the room.

I'd like to meet:

A.C. Slater, obviously. Also on the half-gay list is Jeff Goldblum and Steven Seagal. You can check out Steven Seagal's webpage at www.stevenseagal.com. "Under Siege" made me the man I am today.

Music:

All I listen to is Nine Inch Nails.

Movies:

Jurassic Park, obviously. The El Mariachi trilogy, the alien quadrilogy, and also Tremors. Just the first one, because that had Kevin Bacon and the worms. It's only a good Tremors movie if it has both ingredients.

Television:

The X-Files, it should be obvious. More recently, give me House, The Wire, Man to Man with Dean Learner, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Trailer Park Boys, DARKPLACE, Dexter, Heroes, Boston Legal and The Mighty Boosh. Oh, and ER. Just 'cause of Abby.

Books:

I've given up books and only read comics.

Heroes:

JC. Any of them. Johnny, John, Jesus.
