For The Day

We're just a Punk band of five friends from Aachen , Germany. All of us have been into Punkrock and Hardcore ever since we were teenagers - which is quite some years ago now. So what you hear and see is real. We love what we do and we hope that more people out there like it too. That's why we play shows and put out records once in a while. We don't care what you look like and we don't care what we look like. We won't be shooting videos or do anything else to get big. This band is fine as it is. We like to play small places, we like to have a laugh and we like to meet nice people!
As if anybody was interested in this, here's some words about the band history: FOR THE DAY were founded in 1999, initially as a side-project of other Aachen-based outfits, such as SHERIDAN or CLEANSWEEP. After a little line-up change we started playing wherever and as often as possible. Starting off with a demo in December 2000 we put out some releases over the years (s. Discography).
