Quiet numbskulls, I'm broadcastin'!

About Me

Born at Cedars of Lebanon off of Sunset and Berendo in Hollywood, CA. The big blue building is now a Church of Scientology office. Cuban parents. Grew up with all kinds of sounds at our house...Brasil '66, Trio Los Panchos, Johnny Mathis, Tito Puente, Creedence, Tito Rodriguez, Jackson 5. Started taking piano lessons at age 6 but gave it up for bass guitar after hearing 'Nervous Breakdown' for the first time. Still playing bass to this day and available for gigs...just ask. LA was a great place to grow up in during the 70's. You could walk into the Music Plus at Sunset and Vine with 20 bucks and come out with 5 albums. First concert was Tom Jones at the Greek Theater. First punk show was at BACES Hall in Hollywood, 1978 - Flyboys, Go-Go's, Avengers and a video of the Sex Pistols last show at Winterland. Joined my first 'real' band, Nip Drivers, in late 1983. Went on to play with Left Insane, Down By Law, Punk Rock Vatos , Legal Weapon, Foreign Object , Slowrider, and most recently, The Atomic Sherpas . These days I'm playing with Joe Baiza's Universal Congress Of as well as a 70's hard rock freakout known as Ghidorah. Created and hosted LA's first hardcore radio show ( The Final Countdown , KXLU, 88.9 FM) under the moniker of DJ Adam Bomb (1983 - 1990).
