wow, so many bands i try to rip off...errr, i mean am influenced by like sonic youth, pixies, radiohead, the unicorns, bauhaus, nirvana, elliott smith, joy division, bjork, pj harvey, the velvet underground, bratmobile, AC/DC, jennifer gentle, catpower, kraftwerk, dead horse, air, nick cave and the bad seeds, the cars, black sabbath, the kinks, the dwarves, the nobodys, dead boys, the wipers, buzzcocks, Calexico, Groovie Ghoulies, peechees, mirah, sigur ros, microphones, toy dolls, betty blowtorch, tom waits, dystopia, the misfits, A.C. the queers, the caesers, descendents, the seeds, GG MUTHERFUCKIN' ALLIN, leonard cohen, syd barrett and the pink floyd (late 60's/early 70's stuff anywayz) system of a down, johnny thunders, iggy and the stooges, modest mouse, le tigre, TSOL, the breeders, discharge, Fang, Mogwai, Goblin, plutocracy, turbonegro, black fork, F-minus, kite flying society, richard hell, skip spence, the gits, the damned, antiseen, sleep, arcade fire, nobodys, adolescents, bikini kill, weezer, jimi hendrix, smashing pumpkins....i know, i know, and if you put all of those bands together in a room, they'd probably form teams and destroy each other but that partially explains the chaos, torment and disharmony which is niCk nothiNg... and those are just my influences, not even close to all of my favorite bands (we won't get into that, that would be catastrophic) but i like everything from very slow, mellow acoustic ambience to the most insane noise and hardcore brutality that's out there.:
