Dropout Year
Dropout Year started off like the rest of them – in a basement, four high school friends, and a fresh passion for classic and bright pop-punk bands like New Found Glory and Blink 182. What once was a hopeful dream is now a full-functioning force among Baltimore, Maryland music lovers. Starting off with smaller shows at local grange halls and churches, Dropout Year has created a large and prestigious following that, in all honesty, makes other local bands jealous. They create bonds and relationships with their fans, and because of this intimacy, DY can sell out 800+ venues multiple times a year. It’s that energy and strength that gives DY a great shot at bigger stages, and with two east coast tours already under their hook-driven and catchy belts, industry folks and fans believe in the future of Dropout Year. With their sophomore effort, Best Friends For Never (Paul Leavitt – All Time Low, Senses Fail, Hidden in Plain View) available to the masses, DY waits with baited breath.

XOVERSA
This much can be said for the smalltown boy's of Lake Elsinore, CA’s XOversa (ex-oh-ver-suh) who have given everything up to pursue success and are determined to do whatever it takes to get their music heard by as many ears as possible.
Coming together in January of 2005, XOversa shared the same idea of creating something fresh in a town so heavily concentrated with bands. Consisting of four friends, Josh Carlton (vocals/guitar), Ryan Nicholson (lead guitar), Mike Tucker (bass) and Josh Goodall (drums), XOversa wanted to show themselves that their youth spent playing in bands and listening to Blink-182 would amount to something. Although the members have such diverse influences, XOversa attributes their melodic and catchy rock style to their moods and surroundings at the present moment in time, while still maintaining the mindset they created the band with, writing catchy and fun music that they love to play.
With a demo, two EPs (Recall The Scenery, Rangers) and countless shows with bands such as: Days Away, hometown friends Yesterdays Rising and Cosmonaut, the Working Title, Weatherbox, and Nurses just to name a few, XOversa is on the verge of releasing their self-produced debut full-length album titled, “Asleep in the Afterlife†with a tour to follow.
Almost a year in the making, “Asleep in the Afterlife†will prove to be XOversa’s strongest material to date. Although being one of the hardest things XO has ever done, the process has helped them grow not only as a band, but also as people. Finding themselves in a rough spot stemming from a frustrating and expensive experience during pre-production and recording of the album, XOversa enlisted the help of Ryan Baker (The Sound of Animals Fighting, RX Bandits, Escape the Fate) to help complete what they had worked so hard for, and feel it's one of the best decisions they've ever made as a band.
With the album nearing completion, XOversa couldn't be happier. Relentless touring and promotion is what’s in store for the XO boy’s future and they have no plans of losing momentum. So spread the word, say hello and be on the lookout because XOversa is here to stay.
