HKB FiNN aka Andrew Ward is a spoken word artist from the UK, who embodies all the worldly influences that are present in a cosmopolitan city such as London.
FiNN's combination of provocative poetry, innovative raps and original music has made him one Hip Hop's most unique artists. His brand of alternative Hip Hop is part Reggae, part West African, part Jazz but is always filled with an elegance and verve rare in Hip Hop.
FiNN was the former front man of UK band Katch 22 and has recorded and performed across several genres with various groups and organisations. He became a soloist in 1999 and has released five solo albums which have been praised by the press and public alike.

FiNNSTRUMENTALS VOLUME 1 (2006)
"For many years HKB FiNN has been on the leading edge of the Acoustic Hip Hop movement. His brand of music relentlessly explores the gap between sampled and acoustic song writing idioms. His chosen artform never strays from being deeply soulful.
This music delves deep into the 'African Diasporic' legacy drawing on Mento, Jazz, Afro-Latin, Reggae and other new world sounds bringing a warmth and musical elegance unique to him.
This album gives us a rare chance to peek behind the curtain and enjoy the blissful instrumentation and well crafted sonics of instrumentals from his catalogue.
It's refreshing to know the tradition of live music still has a home in contemporary black music forms."
