About Me

At the time of Buddha, there lived an old beggar woman called "Relying on Joy." She used to watch the kings, princes, and people making offerings to Buddha and his disciples, and there was nothing she would have liked more than to be able to do the same.So she went out begging, but at the end of the day all she had was one small coin. She took it to the oil-merchant to try to buy some oil. He told her that she could not possibly buy anything with so little. But when he heard that she wanted it to make an offering to Buddha, he took pity on her and gave her the oil. She took it to the monastery, where she lit a lamp. She placed it before Buddah, and made a wish "May I free all beings from their darkness. May I purify all their obscurations, and lead them to enlightenment
Whatever joy there is in this world All comes from desiring others to be happy, And whatever suffering there is in this world All comes from desiring myself to be happy.
I and all sentient beings, until we achieve enlightenment, Go for refuge to Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Through the virtues I collect by teaching Dharma, may I become a Buddha for the benefit of all.

My Interests

I will free my mind from unbalanced attitudes. I will not feel attachment, aversion,or indifference towards any living being. I will develop and maintain a warm and friendly attitude towards all living beings equally.

I'd like to meet:

I and all sentient beings, until we achieve enlightenment, Go for refuge to Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Through the virtues I collect by listening to Dharma, may I become a Buddha for the benefit of all.

We should maintain the wish to escape from samsara day and night. It is the main path to liberation and the basis of more advanced realizations. However, we should not be content with seeking merely our own liberation; We need also to consider the welfare of other living beings. There are countless beings trapped in the prison of sammara experiencing an unlimited variety of sufferings. whereas each one of us is just one single person, other people are countless in number; therefore the happiness of others is much more important than our own happiness, For this reason we must enter the Mahayana path, the supreme method for benefiting all living beings.
