The Wildkatz...The One and Only!!!

About Me

"The Wildkatz" were formed in 1993 by Singer/Guitarist dave "Buddy X" Through-out the next eight years "The Wildkatz" went thru several line up changes to end up as they are today, "A Rock'a'Billy/Blues Boppin' 3 piece. In the bands early years, they found their diaries full playing various Rock'n'Roll clubs and Rock'n'Roll week-enders around Britain, tavelling the length and breadth of the Country. However it was n't until '06 that the band were approached by several biker organisations to play at various rallies that they strayed from the Rock'n'Roll music scene . "The Wildkatz" went down a storm being... "A breath of fresh air from the standard Biker type bands". '07 also saw "The Wildkatz" break into the Blues festival circuit, again being recieved with open arms. So It's no suprise that with the dawn of '08 "The Wildkatz", NOT turning their backs on the Rock'n'Roll crowd that have supported them all these years, are finding themselves spreading their wings and reaching a wider range of audience. A "Wildkatz" show is action packed, with Buddy X's rockin' Gretsch guitar work, Gaz Le Bass' Rhythm induced upright slapbass playing and Andy Crash's hard hitting drum technique, blended in with Buddy & Le Bass' vocal talents for good measure. Once you've seen these guys you know you've seen "The Wildkatz". Once seen never forgotten! .....If It's Rockin' then let 'em Rock! the Slapkat.
