The Tiki Savage was born in French Tahiti to unknown parentage and is directly descended from Gauguin. He studied Fine Art in Great Britain before setting sail for a thirty-year odyssey around the South Seas (he says that Rapa Nui would be his spiritual home if it wasn't so cold and so boring).
Knowing that true Tikifiles, Hawaiiana afficianados (and other, assorted Macadamia Nuts) are tired of the same old, mass-produced, derivative art directed at the 'poi palloy', The Tiki Savage set out to recreate the magic of the South Pacific with his unique paintings and silkscreens.
From the innocent charm of the hula to the fearsome Gods of War, The Tiki Savage guarantees that every piece is a true original (you won't find the same painting hanging in your best friend's bedroom), and will transport you to a place where the nights are starlit, the waves lap gently, the palm trees sway... and the Mai Tais are on the house.
