The bass hang occurs once a month or so at The Rodeo Bar, a music venue and restaurant located in Gramercy, NYC. The large group of players consist of New York City’s finest bass players, including professional bassists of all ages and all genres of music.
This MySpace page is geared towards strengthening the bass community within NYC. It is also designed to inform the “Bass World†of exactly what it’s like to be a professional bassist here in New York. There will be interviews & blogs posted by some of your favorite bassists, including NYC’s top session bassists, sidemen, soloists, bass instructors and bass builders. . .
