How many people have I shot? Why is there a limit?

About Me

I am a 40 something midlife crisis public servant (Yeah a Cop! so what?) who just joined the elite of the local comedy scene in Phoenix. I didn't say I am one of the elite, I just hang out with them.
My comedy takes a variety of paths from the usual family/kid thing to growing up in the Ozarks to current issues of today. A lot of my material comes from the 27 years of being a cop. From undercover work to Homeland Security I have seen it all. This screwed up society of ours has given me much material to work with, so if you get a chance, come see me at one of the local comedy clubs to see something completely different than the run of the mill penis joke or political commentary. Or hire me out and see for yourself.

My Interests

Working out and keeping fit, playing with the kids, hanging out with the wife and family, watching my oldest daughter grow into a successful adult (she also is my biggest supporter at my comedy shows) movies, and most recently I enjoy being with other comics and writing and/or watching comedy with my new friends in comedy. Most are younger than me, but they are extremely talented people with a bright future a head of them.

I'd like to meet:

Other comics and entertainers in radio, TV and Movies.

Music:

Eclectic mix from Classical to Jazz to Rock to Country

Movies:

Animal House, Blues Brothers, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, MASH to name a few from my younger days. I also like the classics from the 30's, 40's and 50's..Bob Hope and Bing,Groucho Marx and his brothers, Abott and Costello, Yes Dean and Jerry were great too in their day. Cary Grant was a comic genious. I think people should review our comics of the silver screen to better understand the history of comedy. I like most current comedies or gripping war flicks such as Black Hawk Down..I just don't do Chick flicks..Sorry.

Television:

Gray'a Anatomy and the UFC..What a combo

Books:

History or Gripping murder mystery or war books...No cop stuff, I have been there done that...Pluse my stories are more interesting. Did you ever hear my Hooker and a six pack story? Really it was work related.

Heroes:

Stu Baker of coarse. And my wife.
