'Big Arthur Lee and Love, Nick Drake, and YardBirds fan. ************************************************************ ****************************I went to a lot of live shows in San Francisco and Berkeley in 1980's. It was a great era in music history. Every Sunday afternoon was 'Sushi Sunday' at the Nite Break in the Haight Ashbury and 4 bands would play for free. Here's some of the concerts I was fortunate enough to attend in the Bay Area: Happy Mondays, Galexy Chambers, Seahags,The Sisters of Mercy, The Mission UK, PIL, Sugar Cubes, The Cure, Siouxie and The Banshees, Love and Rockets, New Order, The God Fathers, Nine Inch Nails, Concrete Blonde, Blondie, Sonic Youth, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Gene Loves Jezebel, Echo and The Bunnymen, Rickie Lee Jones, Tom Waits, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Romones, Garbage, New Model Army, Missile Harmony, Fuzztones, Jefferson Airplane, Big Brother and The Holding Company, Grateful Dead, The The, Curve, The Swans, Tears for Fears, Simply Red, David and David, The Cult (all Bay area shows), and many more....'never got to see the Shaman. ********most regreted missed show: Drama Rama at The NightBreak in Haight Ashbury. ************************************************************ **************************** These days: only natural sounds; wind, rain, water, birds, silence.
