Our Mission
Here at Ultimate Band Merchandise we know what it’s like
barely scraping by; playing endless shows trying to make ends meet. As former
touring band members we understand the financial struggles that come along with
being in a band. Ultimate Band Merchandise was formed to offer merchandise to
bands at some of the lowest prices around! We enable any band, any size, to
market themselves effectively! We can help your band
make more money at shows to help you move to the next level faster and more
financially stable. U.B.M. offers high quality merchandise, affordable pricing,
timely delivery, and great customer service.
Below is everything you need to get started with your project, including art, prices, and shipping policies.
How To Order:
1. Call a UBM Sales Representative at 1-877-OK-MERCH to discuss your project. Or e-mail [email protected] with the details of the project, your phone number and any artwork you may have.
2. E-mail artwork or your artwork situation to [email protected] (be
sure to label the subject line with the name of your band ONLY!)

Prices
Here are prices of our most common items. We have over 100 different types of
merchandise available, so please call if you do not see what you are looking
for. Our prices are based on four variables: garment type, number of ink
colors, number print locations, and quantity. When calculating number of ink
colors, please remember that the color of the shirt does not count as an ink
color (ex. If you have a red and black design and want it printed on a black
shirt, then that would be 1 ink color). Our pricing is based on number of
colors and print locations on the garment. (ex. 2 color front and 1 color back
would be a 3 color price). We have a one time $20 per color, screen fee. We
keep your screen on file so you only pay this on your first order. We have a 36
piece minimum. You can mix and match garment types (ex. 100 total: 33 T-shirts,
33 Hoodies, 34 Tanks).
Art
We can use your designs as long as they adhere to the following guidelines :
1. . psd or . ai file(.jpg ok
for 1 color designs only!!)
2. 300 dpi
3. color separated (each color is it’s own layer)
4. must be actual printing size (max 13inches wide by
16 inches high)
Custom Art
If you need a custom logo or modifications to your own logo our fees are as
follows :
1. create original text based logo: $25-$50
2. create original image based logo $75
Sending Large Art Files
Sending art over e-mail is sometimes difficult. Please check out www.yousendit.com. Here you can send large images from person to person for free. We have found that this is the most reliable way to send images.
Shipping Policies
We ship DHL ground, signature required. If you would
like a different service we will try to accommodate you. Our turnaround time is
10 business days from the day you approve your mock. If you need your merchandise quicker, a 25% rush fee will
apply. All rush orders will ship within 3 days of mock approval. Our shirts come shipped to you in a professionally packed box, bulk
rolled, separated by size and type.
