About Me

Hello and Welcome,

My name is Juan Montalvo.

I am the author and creator:

www.Secrets of Weightloss.com

&

www.FitCoach2007.com

Maybe you stumbled onto this site by accident (or by divine intervention), either way, I'm glad you're here.

Please read the whole site…that way you can find out about me, and most importantly… how I can help YOU.

Professionally, I have just recently retired as a Firefighter/Paramedic after 27 years. I am also a Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Cleansing Coach.

My wife Mary and I have been married over 22 wonderful years and we live in sunny Boca Raton, Florida with our two awesome kids, Gregory and Kelly.

People that know me, say I'm a real easy going, down to earth kind of guy. I tell it like it is, get to the point and I do my best to give people lots of valuable information.

I'm excited to pop out of bed each day and enjoy life to the fullest, simply out of love for what I'm doing and serving others.

I want to be able to connect and identify with you... We may be very similar in many ways, I don't know...

Born in Havana, Cuba...

I was born in Havana, Cuba. Due to the turmoil in the country at the time, our family moved to South Florida to flee the Communist regime. I was just 9-months old.

We went from living a very comfortable life in Cuba to a low income, family in Florida, in just of matter days. My parents struggled through that time and ended up in divorce, when I was 2-years old.

I lived with my mother and grandmother in a one-bedroom apartment in Miami for most of my youth.

We always made the best of every situation. My mom worked hard to provide for our family as my grandmother took care of me at home.

I started working washing cars at the age of 9 and did not stop from then on. I knew my mother could not afford the things I wanted, and that instilled in me a strong work ethic.

I have always been a go-getter and willing to try new things. After various jobs throughout my life, I was accepted into the Fire Academy right out of high school. I went on to become a Firefighter/Paramedic and veered all my college education towards my Fire Service degree.

I moved up to achieve the rank of Lieutenant, which I held for the past 16 years. As of this writing, I have just retired after 27 fulfilling years of service.

In 1985 I went on my first and last blind date. In May of 1986, I married my wife, lover, and best friend. She does complete me! I have been blessed with a son who is also a best friend, and a daughter who is the sunshine in my life.

In 1992 we where invited to a church service. We soon knew it would change us completely. My wife and I were baptized in April of that year, and gave our lives over to God. He has guided me with his Word to show me how to be a husband, father, and how to have deep meaningful friendships.

Hobbies and Interests...

I love the outdoors. Living in Florida it is something we can enjoy year around. A friend of mine just recently stated that living in Florida is like living in Summer time all year long. So True!!

I grew up playing all kinds of sports, (football, baseball, soccer) to name a few. I was always very active, staying outside playing with friends till Mom called me in for dinner.

I became a Life Guard at the age of 16 and continued doing that till, and even after I started the Fire Academy . I worked at various city parks and different Country Clubs pools.

At the age of 18 I was certified as a Water Safety Instructor (WSI), and started teaching little kids and babies how to swim. What a treat that was.

There is nothing like living close water. I enjoy: Scuba Diving, fishing, and boating.

Physical fitness is very important to me, specially as I get older. I workout 6-days per week, (weight train 3-days and do cardio 3-days), I am usually in the gym for about 1-hour every morning.

I really enjoy cooking. I love taking, not so healthy meals, changing the ingredients and making them Healthy, Nutritious, and tasting good. I am all about putting good stuff in your body. As they say, “You are what you Eat”.

Here is where it all started…

Throughout my life I have been introduced to the Network Marketing, at various times and with different products and services. Once I understood the concept of network marketing and the power of a passive residual income, I was hooked!

I approached my new business with excitement and vigor and like I was instructed to do, I talked to all of my friends, family members and business associates about my new business opportunity.

By the end of those years in Network Marketing, I discovered I was a member of a new club called the “ NFL club ” (that means NO Friends Left). But that didn’t deter me because over the years I had learned the “fine art of cold calling (HA!)

Just for the record: if you’ve never had the distinct pleasure of doing some cold calling for a business opportunity, I suggest you give it a try for just one week. It is a lesson in patience! You’ll learn things about people and about yourself that you never knew before.

I continued using and trying to sell these different products, but nothing really got me excited.

After 20 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic and at the age of 40, I decided I had ten more working years left and needed to stay in shape, if I was going to survive this physical job.

I decided to train and compete in the "Firefighter Combat Challenge as seen on ESPN" . This is an intense physical competition. I did well and it motivated to continue to pursue and improve, my health and fitness lifestyle.

For the next several years I studied and studied, more on health and nutrition. I become a certified Fitness Trainer for our fire department and was involved with the, "Firefighter Health and Wellness Initiative".

I have tried literally, every health product on the market. I experimented with every diet out there (Atkins, South Beach, Zone, etc., etc.) But I could never loose that extra 10lbs. of Fat and maintain my Lean Muscle.

While visiting with my friend Rob one day, he told me about a company and a product that cleansed the body at the cellular level and one of the side benefits was rapid and sustained weight loss.

I thought OK…maybe this could help me to tackle two problems with one solution:

Weight Loss and Passive Residual Income?

I lost 5 lbs in 3 days, 12 lbs in 11 days, dropped my waist from 33'' to 30'' , My energy level went through the roof, my mental clarity improved.

The product had such a profound effect on my life that I couldn’t help but get excited about the possibility of marketing it.

Watch the video titled: “Are You Toxic”.

But there was a problem…I wasn’t willing to bug people who weren’t already interested in my product or business opportunity to begin with. And I definitely wasn’t going to waste my money buying some useless oversold lead list, and start cold calling again. No thank you!

So Now What To Do?

Let me tell you some of the things I do not do to build my business!

* I don't make a list of friends and family.

* I don't hold meetings.

* I don't spam.

* I don't stock a garage full of products.

* I don't do home parties.

* I don't cold call strangers.

* I don't do traditional sales.

In other words, I don't do most of the things that you might think are required to make money in a home-based business.

What I DO...

I only work with people who have searched me out first... and there's a specific formula that works almost like magic.

Here’s is what I do to bring FREE Leads to Me .

My life has changed dramatically. I feel so blessed to be healthy, wealthy, and loved. To be able to work from my home and do what I really love to do, which is spend time with my family. I am living my dreams. "So thanks for listening to my story, I would love to hear yours..." Get in touch with me.

Whether we do business together or not, I hope you find all the success that you desire.

Take care and have a blessed day,

Juan Montalvo
