About Me

Hello

My name is Matthew and I live in a city called Plymouth in the south west of England. By day I am a full time technical operator for a very famous broadcasting corporation. The rest of my time is spent as a musician. I am a member of several bands.
I have been the founder member of the Alternative Rock band All Living Fear, we have released many albums over the years and have played over 200 concerts, including the first ever Whitby (and a couple since) and more recently opened for the likes of All About Eve , The Damned, Wayne Hussey and Nik Turner.
You can read all about us

During the bands history a chap called Paul Roe came along and we started a band called Corrosion, now we were geographically challenged for many years so we have been less than prolific, but we always have had a good time playing live and made a great album, more will be on its way.

Lastly, I decided that as part of my new life I wanted to have something that was totally me, as at the time I wasn’t sure what my musical direction would take, so Department Factory was born. I have put up some music and even played a gig, and intend to do more. When playing live the music is 100% created live and totally improvised.

I also can be found on more than a regular basis involved with The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown. I run the web site, tour manage, book gigs, run the archive, do the sound, make the tea! Have done a number of festival appearances with Arthur this year that have been great fun.

I do NOT want to meet any bands that I do not know I have a wide taste but I know what I like and what I dont.

I am NOT looking for a girlfrend because I have one and shes really great. 95% of the people on my friends page i know in real life. So if I know you then add away.
