About Me

About Me:
I am a Yoga Teacher, a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner, a Children's Yoga Teacher and a student of this fantastic life. I am honored to work with others' in their healing process and grateful for each encounter. So much healing is needed and I am blessed to be a part of this sacred work. I can see that the children coming in are very bright and capable of deep insight. I feel it is the responsibility of the elders to guide, nurture and love them ~ cultivating community, mutual respect and depth of life experience.
My deepest gratitude for all the enlightened teachers, beautiful students and loved ones who have illuminated my steps along the path. Thank you for awakening me and allowing me to live my truth.
Om Namah Shivaya.
I dedicate this page in memory of my Dad. Your great love, sacrifice and constant flow of affection has been a beacon in my life ~ ~ ~ until we meet again, Beloved Father.
