About Me

..

I am a mother of 3 boys & an artist heavily involved
in the studies of the Shamanic Path...
being of service is my present calling and
my involvement with Heartland Ranch allows me
to express my heart's desire to it's fullest potential.
I like open-minded people who
aren't afraid to think outside
of the mainstream box when it
comes to spirituality & life in general.
There are many paths and yet they all lead
to the same destination.
Too many people are entirely too consumed
with pointing out the differences between us
when instead they should be looking
at the similarities...
we smile when we are happy...
we laugh when we find humor...
our hearts hurt when broken...
we all bleed the same color...
we all age...we all die!
There are many paths/religions/philosophies
upon our Mother Earth...
ALL with one similarity in message...
ONE LOVE.
I respect that you walk your path
and please respect that I will walk my own.
But understand that so long as we walk our paths
in Love & Light,
we will still be meeting on the other side...
in the same place.
See you on the other side....
Peace, Love & Unity,
Earthmama
"We shamans come from the stone age. We have no religion. Religion is for those who can no longer see"

CURRENT MOON moon phases

Slow Down

Have you ever watched kids
on a merry-go-round,
or listened to rain
slapping the ground?

Ever followed
a butterfly's erratic flight,
or gazed at the sun
fading into the night?

You better slow down,
don't dance so fast,
time is short,
the music won't last.

Do you run through each day
on the fly,
When you ask "How are you?",
do you hear the reply?

When the day is done,
do you lie in your bed,
with the next hundred chores
running through your head?

You better slow down,
don't dance so fast,
time is short,
the music won't last.

Ever told your child,
we'll do it tomorrow,
and in your haste
not see his sorrow?

Ever lost touch,
let a good friendship die,
'cause you never had time
to call and say "hi"?

You better slow down,
don't dance so fast,
time is short,
the music won't last.

When you run so fast
to get somewhere,
you miss half the fun
of getting there.
When you worry and hurry
through your day,
it's like an unopened gift
thrown away.

Life is not a race,
so take it slower,
hear the music
before the song is over.

We move through life surrounded by an unflappable aura
of compassion when we recognize that all human beings,
no matter what state of evolution they are in, are
deserving of our love. While we need not support the
choices and behaviors of individuals who have not yet
reached our level of consciousness, we can support them
in their pursuit of growth by sending them light rather
than burdening them with the weight of our judgments.
This type of altruism ensures that we can foster
a sense of sightless charity in our individual
environments. All we come into contact with then
become beneficiaries of our kindness, and our own hearts
will be lightened by the spirit of care suffusing our
existence. The love you generously grant others today
will help you promote a culture of compassion
wherever you go.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet more of the Kindred Spirits...those that live a life of service...

Supporting the people in our life is a form of service.
Often, we think of service as helping the community,
an organization, or the planet.
Service is the act of giving of ourselves
in service of others and is significant
whether it happens on a large or small scale.
We may even neglect the people in our life
in service of a greater cause, especially if we assume
that they are going to be there for us no matter what.
Yet our friends and are loved ones
are just as deserving of our service.
In giving them our time, compassion, attention,
& support, we serve them as well as ourselves
because our relationships can only grow stronger
as a result. So be of service to the people in your life
today, and you will serve the planet as a result.

"In an age of nothing, at a time when we stand
at the brink of our own destruction -
Strengthen your belief if yourself,
in the future of humanity,
in the things of this world
which cannot easily be perceived.
Awaken that which lies dormant now within your soul.
Re-ignite the flame of your consciousness
and measure the strength of your conviction.
Reveal the lie.
Renounce your hatred.
Seek, Find and Embrace the truths
you are fortunate enough to discover.
Cherish them, use them to anchor you in the sea
of chaos that is the world we live in.
When twilight draws near, when you are pushed
to the very limits of your soul,
when it seems that all you have left
are the dead remnants of the fabric of your life -
Believe!"~ quote from the Believe album by Disturbed

Music:

"Knowledge speaks, but wisdom listens."
- Jimi Hendrix -

“None but ourselves can free our minds.””
- Bob Marley -

"We've got this gift of love, but love is like a precious plant.
You can't just accept it and leave it in the cupboard
or just think it's going to get on by itself.
You've got to keep watering it.
You've got to really look after it and nurture it."

John Lennon

"Peace has never come from dropping bombs.
Real peace comes from enlightenment and educating people
to behave more in a divine manner."

-Carlos Santana-

"There are things known and there are things unknown,
and in between are the doors."

-Jim Morrison-

"The whole thing is remembering, this is who we are.
Remember who we are? We are in reality a group of misfits,
crazy people, who have voluntarily come together
to work this stuff out and do the best we can
and try to be as fair as we possibly can with each other,
and just struggle through life."

-Jerry Garcia-

How you view the world is merely a reflection of how you see yourself

I offer you friendship. I see your beauty. I hear your need. I feel your feelings.
My wisdom flows from the Highest Source.
I salute that Source in you.

-Mahatma Gandhi-
"And so let us always meet each other with a smile, for the smile is the beginning of love, and once we begin to love each other naturally we want to do something."
