About Me

The songs are a deft combination of idiosyncratic lyrics, a delightfully skewed melodic sense and endlessly inventive arrangements and the best of them are nothing short of stunning.
The rollicking dissection of nightlife that is ‘The God of Bars’, ‘On My Mountain’s’ two minutes of thrashing effervescence and, best of all, ‘The Martian Women’ manages to pack in a Mariachi trumpet and a huge thumping metal chorus into its snaking slippery contours.
Everything here is invested with an infectious playfulness and lightness of touch without being in any way lightweight. If it’s utterly distinctive and individual song writing you want, look no further than Tigerbomb.
Sandman magazine, Feb 2007
It’s a great CD…it’s a real grower…it just gets bigger and better and more mental, I love it! - More Raw, BBC Radio York
“Frothy and clever, the band skilfully integrate touches of cello, trumpet and accordian into their dazzling pop kaleidoscope…. brilliantly pieced together, the band’s ethos seems to belong to the days of Love’s Forever Changes and The Beach Boys’ Smile”
Graham Chalmers, Harrogate Advertiser
