As soon as he discovered the guitar and started writing his own songs Hadleigh Ford was hooked and music was his life.
Spending his student years on the south coast in Brighton, Hadleigh played extensively on the live circuit there, gaining a reputation as an accomplished songwriter and performer in the process. This paved the way to a headline set at the famous Concord, plus support slots with Glen Matlock (ex Sex Pistols) and Sam Flynn (ex Eurythmics)
Upon his return back to his Essex roots, Hadleigh decided to seek out a drummer and bassist to create a band. Long time friend James Cliff was the first to be recruited, occupying the drum stool, shortly followed by bassist Dave Kidd, whom Hadleigh knew from the London gig circuit.
An intensive batch of rehearsals and low key gigs fused the band's sound and by the start of 2005 they recorded two tracks (All Pieces Together and Trust) at Animal Farm studios in South London.
Hadleigh Ford the band headlined at London's ULU, supported NME darlings 'Special Needs', plus supported MTV faves 'Dustins Bar Mitzvah' at The Garage, London in October.
After a successful two years on the London gig circuit, Hadleigh decided to put a close to an excellent run with the band and decided to return his old friend the acoustic guitar and the challenge of performing solo.

It is always a pleasure recording with C, John and I heartily recommend him to any other singer songwriter types!The tracks are all $1.59 which works out as 79 pence so they are exactly the same as iTunes prices. The downloaded tracks are compatible with itunes too!
